“Therapy that helps you cope, heal, and move forward—backed by science, rooted in care.”
About Jennifer Wang
Dr. Jennifer M. Wang is a behavioral scientist with a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology and a minor in Statistics, bringing over a decade of experience in academic research and applied data science. Her work centers on applying psychological science to improve mental health care, with a focus on how major life transitions—particularly fertility challenges and family-building decisions- affect mental health. Fertility challenges often trigger a complex mix of emotions, including grief, guilt, anxiety, and a sense of loss of control, which can take a significant toll on individual mental health. These struggles can also place strain on couple relationships, affecting communication, intimacy, and emotional connection as partners cope with uncertainty and shared disappointment.
At The Talking Corner, Dr. Wang advised on research methodology, statistical analysis, and the development of evidence-based mental health programs. By translating the latest research into practical tools and insights, she strengthens the ability of in-house therapists to provide informed, empathetic, and effective care. Her work enhances clinical practice by equipping therapists with the resources to better support clients navigating the emotional complexities of fertility struggles, ultimately improving outcomes for both clients and providers.
