About Johanna

"There is no one path to healing! Therapy meets you where you are, with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your whole story."

As a clinical therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, recognizing how deeply life experiences can impact both the mind and body. With advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I take an eclectic, client-centered approach—tailoring each session to help clients process trauma, manage stress, and move through emotional or energetic blocks.

My work is rooted in a holistic perspective, honoring the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. As a BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ identifying therapist, I approach therapy with cultural humility, inclusivity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique identity and lived experience. My goal is to empower clients to reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and foster balance in their lives.

I also integrate somatic body-based practices into therapy, supporting a gentle reconnection with the body and helping clients tune into their internal world at their own pace. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or identity exploration, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and grounded support.
