Qualifications

  • Hold active malpractice insurance

  • Proficient in delivering telehealth services

  • Bilingual is plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Focus solely on providing professional clinical care with administrative and marketing tasks handled by the company.

  • Provide direct counseling to individuals, couples, or families, case management experiences, crisis intervention, assessment, DSM 5 diagnosis, treatment planning, keeping documents in medical records according to requirements of company and regulatory, compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

  • Compliance with all CE (Continuous Education) requirements to maintain licensure status.

Student Intern


Qualifications

  • Must currently register in a psychology-related (e.g. clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy counseling, professional counseling, social worker, etc) master's program in California. 

  • Proficient in delivering telehealth services

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required

  • Having psychology-related work experiences (e.g. case management, behavioral intervention, mental health worker, etc) is a plus but not required. 

Responsibilities

  • Focus solely on providing professional clinical care with administrative and marketing tasks handled by the company.

  • Provide direct counseling to individuals, couples, or families, case management experiences, crisis intervention, assessment, DSM 5 diagnosis, treatment planning, keeping documents in medical records according to requirements of company and regulatory, compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

  • Attending weekly supervision and compliance with BBS supervision unit requirements. 

  • Open to treating different disorders and diverse populations.

Associate

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid registration as: Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). California state registration is required. 

  • Hold active malpractice insurance

  • Proficient in delivering telehealth services

  • Over 1000 hours clinical hours or having previous mental health-related experiences is a plus but not required.

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required

Clinical Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid license as: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). California state licensure required

  • Meets all requirements for the ability to supervise associates/interns set forth by the BBS (2+ years post-licensure and eligible supervisor coursework completed). must have at least five years of clinical experience in mental health services. Bonus if have supervisory experience.

  • Exceptional management skills, rapport-building skills, communication skills, and ability to coach supervises to effectively engage clients.

Responsibilities

  • Must provide direct supervision (Individual, Triadic, or group) and training (including but not limited to onboard clinical training, note writing, crisis assessment/intervention, assisting supervisees in prioritizing client care and maintaining productivity, filing mandated reports, professional development, issues related to burnout and self-care, etc) to associates/interns weekly and compliant with BBS supervision unit requirements.

  • Must have availability to provide supervision during regular work hours (ideally between 8AM and 6PM) based on supervisor and supervisee availability and scheduling preferences.

  • Be available to support and assist the supervisee when there is a crisis situation.

  • Be open to supervising up to 5 associate therapists/interns.

  • Review and sign associate therapist documentation

  • Ensure that services being provided are in compliance with HIPAA

  • Follows the ethical and practice guidelines as outlined by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences for clinical supervisors and supervisees

Benefits
