Stress and trauma can keep the body in survival mode, always alert, tense, and unable to relax. Even when life appears “fine,” you may feel frozen, numb, or stuck, as if your body remembers what your mind can’t release. These experiences can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or others, unsure how to move forward. I help my clients process and heal from trauma, grief, and relationship wounds to manage anxiety, depression, and burnout. Through a gentle, body-based, and trauma-informed approach, I help you reconnect with your sensations, rebuild inner safety, and move from feeling stuck to living in the presence again.

My Path as a Therapist
I began my career in school and community mental health, working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I supported children, teens, and families navigating emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, school stress, parenting difficulties, cultural adjustment, and trauma-related stress. This experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding behavior, building coping skills, and designing individualized interventions for lasting growth.
I later worked with youth in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide trauma-informed, skill-based care and consistent support.
My holistic approach integrates advanced somatic trauma treatment, attachment work, and narrative therapy to process the impact of stress and trauma stored in the body. I also offer practical tools from CBT and DBT to help you build regulation, resilience, and lasting change while feeling grounded, balanced, and supported throughout your healing process. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based methods to support lasting emotional wellness and growth through virtual therapy across California.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I provide culturally responsive virtual therapy across California. I am neurodivergent, LGBTQ, and multicultural-affirmed. I accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and most PPO insurance plans, and I also offer low-fee therapy options for individuals and families who need financial support. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where every client feels understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
