You might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense—even when you’re trying your best. Anxiety, low mood, big emotional swings, past trauma, or feeling different from others can make daily life and relationships feel harder than they should. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar experiences, trauma, autism, substance use, and long-standing emotional or relationship challenges. Using a supportive, insight-oriented approach that blends psychodynamic, experiential, and narrative therapy, I help you better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and find healthier ways to cope, connect, and move forward at your own pace.

My Path as a Therapist
My path as a therapist began with my work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I supported children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and other neurodivergent experiences in home and clinic settings. This early work shaped my understanding of behavior as communication and deepened my interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals with patience, structure, and genuine attunement. Working closely with children and families helped me appreciate the importance of meeting clients where they are, honoring differences, and building safety before change.
Through my clinical training in psychology and marriage and family therapy, I have developed experience working from a psychodynamic foundation while integrating cognitive-behavioral, experiential, and narrative approaches. I have provided therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality-related challenges, autism, trauma, and substance-use concerns. My training has included conducting intakes, developing collaborative treatment plans, supporting clients through emotional and relational challenges, and participating in risk assessment and crisis support.
In my current clinical work, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood instability, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and relationship stress. I often work with clients who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in long-standing patterns, and I tailor therapy to help them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop more compassionate relationships with themselves and others.
My cultural lens is shaped by my identity and connection to AAPI and immigrant communities. I am attentive to how cultural values, intergenerational expectations, immigration experiences, and cultural adjustment can influence mental health and relationships. I strive to offer a culturally responsive, inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences with openness, respect, and understanding, while feeling supported in integrating all parts of their identity into the healing process.
