ave you ever felt caught between who you are and who others expect you to be? Maybe you find yourself overthinking, questioning your self-worth, or struggling with anxiety, relationships, or family expectations. For teens and young adults, navigating identity, independence, and belonging can feel especially challenging.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I work with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD), self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and cultural identity. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and first- and second-generation immigrants.
Using CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic and Attachment-Based approaches, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy, I help clients explore emotional patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen their relationships. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, embrace your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and self-acceptance.

My Path as a Therapist
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct behavioral support to individuals on the Autism spectrum and those with developmental differences. Through this experience, I helped clients develop everyday life skills, navigate behavioral challenges, and strengthen communication while working closely with families. This experience shaped my understanding of neurodiversity and taught me the importance of looking beyond behaviors to recognize each person's unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world.
My path as a therapist has continued through my work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting teens, young adults, neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals and first- and second-generation immigrants. I enjoy helping clients explore their identities, navigate relationships and family expectations, strengthen self-esteem, and develop a greater sense of belonging and self-acceptance.
My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that every person brings a unique story, and therapy should be tailored to their individual needs and experiences. I integrate CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic and Attachment-Based approaches, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy to help clients better understand their emotions, explore patterns shaped by past experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. My background in behavioral health and crisis intervention also informs how I support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine human connection rather than simply a clinical process. My goal is to create a calming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring difficult emotions, and recognizing the strengths you already carry. Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing trauma, exploring your neurodivergent identity, or struggling with self-worth, I want you to feel truly seen and supported as we work toward meaningful change together.
As the firstborn daughter of immigrants who grew up navigating both Indian and American cultures, I also understand how cultural values, family expectations, and generational differences can shape our identities and relationships. These experiences have inspired my passion for supporting immigrant communities and individuals navigating cultural identity. I strive to provide culturally responsive care that respects each client's unique background, values, and experiences while helping them build a life that feels authentic to who they are.
